Tei fell in love with real estate thanks to its wealth-building fundamentals and tangible impact on our communities.
Tei has been investing in residential properties in the U.S. and commercial short-term rentals in Korea. Having seen many borrowers suffer unjustified surprises or term changes midway through the process, Tei decided to offer the no-nonsense practices that borrowers deserve through Amplend.
Tei is happily married with two girls and enjoys playing sports with others: pickleball, ping-pong, soccer, and basketball.
Nick started investing in real estate out of college after learning about the importance of creating wealth and passive income.
Over the last 10 years, Nick has been institutionally investing in residential real estate across the US and Canada.
Recognizing the highly fragmented nature of private lending space today, Nick co-founded Amplend with Tei to provide the a transparent, affordable, and efficient private lending solution.
Nick is a real estate investor, world traveler, avid whiskey enthusiast, and foodie.

Originally from the Dominican Republic and now residing in the United States, Jenny has blended her passion for human growth with her experience as a real estate loan officer and entrepreneur.
