Tei Kim
Founder, CEO
Tei se enamoró del sector inmobiliario por sus fundamentos de creación de riqueza y su impacto tangible en nuestras comunidades.
Tei ha estado invirtiendo en propiedades residenciales en los estados UNIDOS y comercial de alquileres a corto plazo en Corea. Después de haber visto a muchos prestatarios sufren injustificada sorpresa o cambios a largo plazo en la mitad del proceso, Tei decidido ofrecer él sin sentido de las prácticas que los prestatarios que merecen a través de Amplend.
Tei está felizmente casado, tiene dos hijas y disfruta practicando deportes con los demás: pickleball, ping-pong, fútbol y baloncesto.
Jenny Repko
Client Success Manager
Jenny Repko, a Dominican mother, arrived in the US in 2013 with a goal to achieve the “American Dream.”
She began her real estate investment journey in 2016 and believes her story can inspire others. Jenny supports real estate investors through face-to-face events and social media, sharing insights, interviews, and personal development tips. She runs Amplend, ensuring transparent, efficient, and reliable financing solutions for both novice and experienced investors.
Jenny is also a published author of financial education books for young people and lives by the philosophy of “Why live if not to serve?”.
Aziz Rehman
Sr. Loan Success Manager
Aziz brings 22 years of underwriting experience to Amplend, specializing in Mortgage Loan Processing. His skills include loan origination, risk assessments, and client relationship management.
Aziz has successfully facilitated complex transactions, demonstrating dedication to delivering customized solutions while safeguarding Amplend’s interests. At Amplend, Aziz manages the end-to-end process from loan origination to CTC and funding, collaborating with borrowers, internal teams, attorneys, the investment committee, and third parties to collect required documents and ensure seamless closings.
Aziz enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new destinations.
Mary Hurley
Closing Integrity Manager
Mary brings to Amplend her 40 years of experience in real estate development, land entitlements, leasing, finance, and asset management. Mary was responsible for 1.5 million square feet of community retail and business parks. She held leadership positions in trade organizations at the state and national levels.
Mary’s position in Amplend is working with attorneys and title companies to review title reports and finalize loan documents.
Mary is an avid reader and enjoys traveling, hiking, and gardening.
Chloe Seong
Loan Success Manager
With a background in design, Chloe brings a unique perspective and keen attention to detail to her role as a Processor at Amplend. Transitioning into real estate has allowed her to channel her creativity and problem-solving skills into supporting clients through smooth and successful transactions. Passionate about delivering excellence, she is dedicated to ensuring every step of the process is handled with care and efficiency.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys exploring coffee shops, visiting museums, and diving into a good book.
